The year is 2184, the setting, an alternate reality of earth. As natural disasters began to gnaw at the earth in the earlier half of the 2000's the human race inhabiting earth began to become more and more aware that maybe, just maybe they aren't alone. As the years came and past, this fact became abundantly more clear by the day. As scientists across the globe examined their findings they found a trend. Per large natural disaster came with it something new. These new things could be foreign objects of unidentifiable origins, to corpses or even living things left behind in its wake. As curiosity takes a hold of the earthlings and with the power of the smart phone and social media easily available, it becomes very clear that they are being joined. And that not all the newcomers are found in the disaster, rather it is a side effect of their arrival. Some arrive with intent, others by chance, attempting to flee their own worlds issues. As one would expect, with the influx of new peoples there is fear and intrigue in equal parts. The new technologies and cultures fascinate, the new illnesses and crimes unsettling and problematic to say the least. In an attempt to gain ahold over the new societies forming, groups begin to form. Sides are taken. On one side you have the Pirates which is slang for any career criminal of any sort, while on the exact opposite side of things you have the Justicar's which is any faction that opposes criminals and works with the governments. Then there are of course your peoples in the grey area who aren't satisfied with the way the government is getting things done and strongly oppose the criminal elements while others simply take sides based on whomever pays most, you've also got your anti-heros in this group. No matter what you choose, a crazy tale is about to unfold with you in its epicenter!



In this RP, you may play as a large variety of beings, pretty much anything you can think of. Here we will be rp'ing anything as a normal person just trying to get by in this strange new earth to being a Pirate Lord trying to take over a country. Due to the flexibility here, you can have a Low Fantasy experience, a High Fantasy experience, strictly SyFy or any sort of mix you can think of! The choice is yours! You may even bring characters from your other RP's.
